HAUL:)

Hey girls! So in the past two days I have been shopping quite a bit! Mostly for my senior and cheer pictures coming up! I thought you would enjoy seeing what I purchased:) I went to the drugstore, Ulta, Sephora, Bohme, Downeast Basics, and a little boutique:)

Hey girls! I just recently was introduced to a new website called Cherry Culture. They have some of the cheaper brands out there for insanely good prices! A lot of the brands I haven't heard of, but that's probably because I don't get out much:) I usually don't stray from in store shopping, but I think this is a great idea! If you know what colors you want after swatching them in a store, I suggest buying them on this site. NYX and MILANI have a lot of things on there for even cheaper prices than they are in stores. Hair Tutorial: Curls!!

Hey girls:) I have had a few people request the curls from the night out makeup tutorial, so I decided to do a quick and easy tutorial on them! They really are so simple to achieve, I didn't even know what to take pictures of because it's just that easy! I'm going to apologize in advance for my horribly damaged hair, I haven't had it cut in a while and I ran out of my heat protectant..) Well here are the step by step instructions:) Enjoy!

Start with freshly washed and dried hair (Do not straighten! The curls won't hold) Spray a good heat protectant all throughout your hair. Divide your hair into a top and bottom half placing the top half out of the way.

Take a small 1 inch piece of hair

Wrap the hair around the curling iron (DO NOT CLAMP) that is the key to achieving the more wave like curls

This is what the curl should look like after holding about 15-30 seconds

Continue with the rest of your head and then when you are done curling turn over and shake your hair out so the curls are looser, finish with a good hairspray and you're done!!

*P.s. I use a conair one inch curling iron (it's like 6 years old.... I need a new one!) And also..I look horrible in all but the last picture...I wasn't totally done with my makeup...haha and for some reason when my hair isn't done I look like a creep, so I apologize

Favorites: My Top 3 Summer Scents

Hey again girls! I really wanted to do another favorites post, because I think they are just so fun:) Today it's on my 3 favorite summer scents! Summer seems to come with the fruity and floral scents that I love the most, and personally I love smelling like summer all year long! It reminds me of summer and makes me forget how cold it is in the winter where I live, because it gets FREEZING cold here! Ok here we go!

• DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom- This perfume is delicious...haha ok, but really it smells fantastic! I am in love with the cute apple shaped bottle that it comes in! It has that hint of apple in the floral scent that I just love! I have an obsession with apple scents so this is just perfect! And it's also pink which is super fun! I always get compliments on how good I smell when I am wearing this, and I also really enjoy that I get used to the scent so it doesn't end up making my head hurt!
• Aeropostale Hailey- Alright so I have to admit that I did originally buy this perfume for the name...But who could pass up a perfume that has their name on it, even if it is one letter off? I stumbled upon this scent at the HUGE Aeropostale in Times Square and just had to buy it! I was really impressed with the scent, it's a more flirty floral scent! It is very very strong though, one tiny squirt will suffice, otherwise you will be ending up with a huge headache! I also can smell this the whole time I'm wearing it and never get used to it, which is a small downside.
• Beauty Rush Appletini Body Double Mist- This innovative little body mist is found at Victoria Secret for only $12 unless you can get like 3 for $20 which is usually the deal they have going on! It's a super fun bottle, green on top and clear on bottom! You shake it before you spray it:) It has been my absolute favorite scent for the past 3 years! It's fruity...and apple, which I said I am obsessed with!

Review: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil

Hi cute followers!! So I bought something off of my wish list this past week, but I wanted to wait to review it until I had enough time to try it out and decide if I liked it! The NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk was the very first item on my wish list so I figured it was about time to head out and buy it! At only $4.95 it was something easily affordable that I always saw lots of my favorite beauty guru's using in their tutorials. So I ran down to the nearest Ulta and grabbed one! I only bought the one color, so I could see if I liked the consistency. To be honest, I wasn't very impressed the first time I used it....It was kind of hard, and didn't spread out very well onto my lids. I wanted to keep using it though, because I went all the way to the store just to buy it. I kept using it for a couple of days and it got a lot softer which I really liked. I am still sticking with my Stay Don't Stray by benefit as my eye primer, but I will definitely be using this as a highlight color for my inner corners! I also really like using it as a base for my colored liners I use on my waterline. It actually works great as a liner for your waterline, I just don't like using white, so I will probably pick this up in a couple other colors to use for that, because it is the perfect consistency for lining:) Let me know how you guys feel about the nyx pencils! P.s. There is a hair tutorial coming tomorrow for the curls in my night out post because that has been requested a few times! I would have done it today, but I got away with not using heat on my hair today and would like to just skip the days I can because I am trying to grow my hair out! Love you all:) xoxo
